cartoon characters that i cherish and why....

Sorry, I've been missing from the start of this month, schoolwork and other responsibility have been restricting me of my free time, so I have to stop writing and doing fun-blog-stuff 😭

Before I start today rant session, I want to say hello first to everyone who has been reading my blog, my last post view count was quite a lot and I got shocked since I expect only my friends would read it. So, Hi! Thank you for taking some time of your day to read my blog. 🥰

If you did not know, I actually have this blog account since around 2008? it got neglected since at that time I was a kid, and the reason why I use this blog again was for my English assignment, and the task was I have to write a review for cartoons that I enjoyed. And since I am running out of ideas, I thought it would be okay to talk about my favorite cartoon characters! Let's go! Count how many times I said and.

🍓 Strawberry Shortcake 🍓

I know I did not include this cartoon in my cartoon review. The cause for that was because I FORGOT 😖. I still feel awful about that because I grew up with her, so this is for you, Strawberry!

 I love her 🍓berry🍓much.

The older version, not oldest, okay, older. I would say is one of the best cartoons you could show to someone. The show is packed with moral lessons & Strawberry is such an amazing role model! She is kind, not judgemental, 🍓berry🍓 patient (did you see what I did?), positive, accepting, and add every wonderful personality trait, surprise! it's Strawberry Shortcake.

P.S: Every character is as equally amazing as Strawberry, but she is the main character, and I love her a lot so I decided to mention her. My favorite character is actually Angel Cake!

🔥Prince Zuko🔥

This list won't be complete if I do not mention my favorite character EVER, which is the banished prince, Prince Zuko. 

His character arc is one of the most satisfying I've ever watched on a cartoon. Honestly, I don't really want to talk too much about him because there are so many articles you can find and most of those articles have covered everything I want to talk about. But if I need to talk about him then I would just say that his journey on finding his honor is astounding, and his awkward demeanor is very adorable, and funny.

Just watch the show guys, I guarantee that you would fall for him, or maybe you would relate to him, or both. Just like me.

🍃Uncle Iroh💚

How could I mention Zuko and his finding-honor-journey without mentioning Uncle Iroh, who I would say is the most loved character in ATLA fandom. Some people would say Iroh is overrated but I would say HOW DARE YOU 😡, He deserve the love and the honorable mention and everything good in the (cartoon) world.

Going on a journey with a temperamental, hot-headed banished prince after he lost his son and after he lost his position as the next fire lord is not an easy task, 

It's a sacrifice. And even after all the bad things that have happened to him he still manages to stay kind? How could I not cherish him? 

👧Tamae Honami👧

Does the name sound familiar? If the answer is yes, then I congratulate you for being an avid watcher of Chibi Maruko-Chan. 

Yes, this is Tamae, usually referred to as Tama-Chan by Maruko and she is Maruko's best friend. She has the sweetest and kindest and warmest personality that I can't help but include her on this list. 

I cherish Maruko too! In my perspective, she is such an interesting kid to the point that I can't help but feel baffled when I see how her brain works.

But it's just that I feel like because of how unique Maruko is, Tamae become underrated even though in real life she really is the kind of person you would want to be best friends with. She is only a child but she has the biggest heart, and I love her for that!

🐝Winnie The Pooh🍯

Similar to Strawberry Shortcake, I also grew up with Christoper Robin and his crew. I even have a lot of books about Pooh. 

But now that I am writing this, does anyone know why we call him Pooh but not Winnie? So what is his actual name :( I am confused. Oh, and also, another similarity besides being my friends for when I was growing up, they both have an iconic opening song!

The reason why I cherish Pooh is just that's Pooh. How could you not love the cute and cuddly willy, nilly, silly old bear. (did you get the reference?).

This is all for today rant, thank you to everyone who has read until the end. How are you, guys? I'm good. This week has been the kindest week for me, I have more time for myself, and I could live my life at a slower pace this week. Granted I skip one class, but it's worth it. I also have a long phone conversation with my best friends, if you are reading this, Z, let's keep talking about our embarrassing high school memories!

P.S: I am in my seventh season of Friends, and I could understand a lot of the inside jokes now. And I love David Schwimmer.......NOT ROSS.
